Professor Tenure on ProfCom

Hello Professors!

We've found several instances where your tenure as a Professor is recorded incorrectly on your ProfCOM profile. If this is the case for you, please reach out through the Customer Support portal. A member of the team will review the Professor activity recorded in your Pokémon Trainer Central account and update your ProfCOM profile with the correct number of years where necessary.

Please do note the following!

- The years of tenure you have recorded reflect continuous Professor Program membership.
- Records of Professor tenure began in 2015. If you joined the program earlier than 2015, you won't see those prior years reflected in your tenure.

Why is tenure an important factor for Ranks you may ask? Because it can demonstrate consistent contribution over time. It suggests a commitment to the program that the community can continue to rely on for seasons to come, and not one single year. Consistency is a major factor in keeping Play! Pokémon communities healthy and welcoming.

That's all! Share questions, thoughts and feedback with us in the linked Research Lab forum discussion
